Getting Started

As a guardian, you will receive a welcome SMS or email once the school enrolls your child and links you to their profile.

1. Receive Your Credentials

   The school will send you a temporary password and a link to the login page.

2. Log In

   Enter your registered phone number or email and the temporary password.

3. Switch Between Siblings

   If you have multiple children in the school, you can easily switch between their profiles using the child selector at the top of your dashboard.

Fees and Payments

Stay on top of your school fee obligations with easy viewing and instant payments.

Viewing Invoices

1. Navigate to the Fees section.
2. View current and past invoices for each child.
3. Download PDF copies for your records.

Making Payments

You can pay fees instantly using M-Pesa STK Push:

1. Click Pay Now on an outstanding invoice.
2. Enter your phone number and confirm the amount.
3. Enter your M-Pesa PIN on your phone to complete the transaction.
4. Your invoice balance will update immediately.

Academic Progress

Monitor your child’s journey through the term.

• Real-Time Attendance: Get notified immediately if your child is marked absent from class.
• Assessment Results: View scores for CATs and exams as soon as they are published by the teacher.
• Digital Report Cards: Download and print official term-end report cards directly from the portal.

FAQs & Troubleshooting

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login page, click Forgot Password. Enter your registered phone number or email, and we will send you a reset link.

Why can't I see one of my children?

If you have a child in the school who doesn’t appear in your portal, please contact the school administration to ensure your guardian profile is correctly linked to that student’s admission number.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All M-Pesa transactions are processed securely through Safaricom. Elimu Bora does not store your M-Pesa PIN.
